Yay..muscle pain gone..lolx..Whole body ache after the new balance run..this is the bad news..and the good news is..i broke my last year record..i ran 1h 35min..lolx..still win u han hui..hehe Anyways..thx for driving me there for the run and back for the run..of course the most important thing is..running wif me..haha.. You were behind me by 5min last year..this year too..lolx..so qiao xD
This time they gave a sling back instead of a shoebag, which is good for me hehe coz i can bring to post..i was using the mizuno shoe bag previously and it seems to have wear and tear slightly so its good that i can replace it now.. H², lets take at least 1 carton of 100+ next year.. last year we missed it..this year too..i bu fu sia..lolx..

My Condolence

Its been awhile since i last blog..Pretty busy..and of course lazy xD... Many things happened.. went to sandy's aka dear's 21st birthday chalet.. kinda enjoyed ourselves but i ate very little =( My siblings came..even my sis's bf.. however, he died yesterday on his way back to camp. From what i heard, he was hit by a truck and the truck ran over his head. Even though i dont quite know him, i can feel that hes quite a nice person and treats my sis well. Its a great blow to my sis, as her brother, i want to help her but i dont really know how. I feel like i cant help her much. In life, everything happens for a reason. We may only figure out the reason later or maybe never.. I guess this is what we call fate or destiny.. its something that we have no control over.
This year, theres many unfortunate things happening. My team mate from woodlands met with a fatal accident, my TL's father passed away, my team mate got bitten by his dog.. and now..my sis's bf passed away.. to all my friends out there, pls take care of yourselves..especially when ur on the road..Night shift today.. gotta find time to attend mcron's wake.. i pray that he will rest in peace.

Happy Birthday Lawson..lolx..i was meeting Lawson, suzanne, wei ler and su liang at bugis for the steamboat to celebrate lawson's birthday. We had dessert at ah chew dessert before going to steamboat. Hahaha, Lucky for me, wei ler and lawson..LOL honeydew sago *special* ^^ By the time reach steamboat there, abit full =x Ma la huo guo sio..soo hot !! Steamboat --> Nice, the View also Nice xD LOL..eat until very full then we mh2 on the way..so qiao..when just started, my psp batt flat le..lolx..i ended up charging my psp in his car and we managed to clear a rajang on the way back. Wanted to clear 2nd rajang but then reach my hse le so.. can only kill next time..omgwtfbbq, they clear 2 kirins with cheng howe sia.. im left alone..haven complete =( signing off, have nite shift today..

My father came back yesterday. Brought back quite a lot of things..therefore, we have new things =x i chose 1 bag for sandy, hehe.. actually, theres a jacket which i wanted but my bro wanted it too..so he took it o.o Anyways..yesterday i got tigrex armor liao..lol.. Haha, my father wanted to go joggin with me this morning..end up i woke up at 11:15am, lawl..cant run le..too tired =x

Bad Year

This year seems to be a bad year. Couple of NS peeps died while on training. Then just last week 1 of my team mate died in an accident. Then now my TL's father died. So many ppl pass away sio..and worse of all.. my psp charger spoilt =X how to monster hunter zOMG .. I'm soo hungry.. >.< Signing off =D

Just finish shift 2. Shag sio.. Recently keep on chiong monster hunter..haha, i go for the looks rather than the stats. Hmm..ordered pizzahut and shared with my bro & sis. Sigh, until now i haven't really go and train..i think this coming new balance run i cfm gg..cant break my previous record of 1hour 40min..but anyways..the terrain is slightly different since theres 4km of mud compared to last year's run where there isnt any mud trail. Life is fragile

Just reached home after attending the funeral of 1 of my ex team member. His name is Raymond and we were in the same team back at woodlands just last month. I remembered talking to him yesterday at HQ during inservice. I even jio him to go and run with me the new balance run whereby he called Arthur and Max to go and run with me instead, LOL joker sia. He was enjoying himself at the inter-base soccer yesterday, however, he met with a fatal car accident at about 1am. His car skidded and crashed into a tree. Both he and his girlfriend died.

The accident was a very bad one as..*lets not talk about it*.. this just prove that life is very precious and fragile. One have to live life to the fullest or you might not have the chance to do what you wanted to.. Another factor which i think costed his life was, he was speeding. So.. i guess he paid an expensive price to let us learn a lesson from his life example.. *Speeding Kills*

Everyone was feeling low as this is like so sudden. Its like having fun with him today and losing him forever the next day. When i was posted to woodlands, his dog died not too long ago. He just gotten a new dog and such a thing happen...Perharps this is fate.. Both he and his girlfriend are young, good-looking/pretty ... I pray and hope they will rest in peace and watch over their families and friends.. I'll stop here, signing off ... ÐaÑG!! i haven't eaten my dinner yet.. guess imma skip dinner =( so late le..

Went with Dear to orchard after meeting jun hao (ins agent) last sunday. It was raining the whole day =( Mood spoiler F5 ":..:" Anyways..we shopped and bought a lot of things ..or mayb it was me.. i bought 2 pair of shoes, 1 jacket for my couz bdae, 1 bag and a jean. Lawl, this coming week must starve, wallet gt 1 hole le =D

Lol, today im doing night shift..going to sub-base earlier so can go do some training for ippt even though my ippt still vr far..lolx.. going to join new balance run on oct 19..so far only got veggie, andy, hamzah n Premraj joining.. gotta start training so i wun faint in the 15km run =) hehe..signing off here..off for a bath then to sub-base =D

Well, its sylvia's 21st birthday.. grats to her.. it was fun although some of the kids and er hem..were pretty annoying.. u wan to eat so much then go cook urself la u !@!#$ .. it was fun handling the BBQ pit.. learnt a lot from andy.. 谢谢大哥 =D

Anyways, i enjoyed myself cooking the chicken wings and satay.. yay..learnt something there and at least, it helped to past time faster. Let me see wad did i eat..hmm..other than bbq stuffs..the spag? It was delicious..zomg..but it just lack cheese..ahh.. the sweet & sour pork taste great too.. Sylvia..ur cake so cute de..lolx..hello kitty lolx.. tired =.=

Weird day

Woke up early today and went to tpy to meet dear for breakfast.. however, it turns out that dear was late again..as usual *sigh* .. but luckily still can eat BK for breakfast, woo.. it has been some time since i last ate BK for breakfast, love their breakfast only =x
Afterwards, we headed to orchard aka far east to walk walk cause dear wanted to buy shoes and other craps? After awhile, sylvia and xiao wei came to meet us and they helped dear decide on which shoe she should buy. Dear, alt 9 for u cause you took so long..*NewBie* =P

Now now, lets see..after we left far east.. eh.. hmm....oh, went to collect andy's watch..then i think we went to eh.. nvm, forgot le =( Later sylvia went to HMV buy cd then we went to PS. On the way there, i got myself a free latte..sugar free sio.. Went to PS walk walk, buy some stuffs and headed to pizza hut. Dang, i was like great..im gonna stuff myself wif pizza. We ordered the cheese wif sausage and a large trio cheese,6 drumlets,4 soup n 4 pepsi. Sylvia, xiao wei, dear and i shared the pizza equally..end up, after eating 1 trio cheese, i was freaking full..dam!! Its just so Weird cause i didnt even had lunch..LOL, end up all of us have leftovers, couldnt finish the trio cheese..it was $66.73 in total..yay 4 digit..lets go buy 4D =) iight, after they got some stuffs from daiso.. time to go home =/ In the end, Dear bought a pair of shoes and hair clip..Sylvia got cd, xiao wei bought a jeans. As for me, i bought 1 long sleeve, 1 polo T and 1 berm..lmao..turns out im like the one shopping =x burn a hole in my pocket..crap.. gotta start saving on meals again..sob =(

Today is a new day..and its also a tiring friday.. 1st time seeing ashley's kernel clean in the morning.. i guess its a good thing to bring ashley to the exercise area b4 going home.. However, ashley is juz soo...naughty.. i went to wash and clean her kernel this morning..guess what..she pee after i finished washing..there i go, clean n wash her kernel again..then when im done..she poop inside =.=" so i washed her kernel 3x and glazer's once this morning.. tired.. later in the day when im about to go home..she poop again..however, this time..she ran out of her kernel when i when to clear her poop *Rahs* luckily i manage to chase up wif her n use my body weight to pin her down =x kinda like juz forcing her down so she cant run =/ Lucky tat my fren was also nearby..he got a collar n i tie it onto her neck n off she goes..wif me pulling her back to her kernel...tired =.=

ah..im worned out.. waking up early everyday..washing kernels of 2 dogs is quite tiring..especially 1 which is lazy but tends to dirty the kernel.. oh ashley..what is happening to u..i heard u werent like that last time =.= anyways..shes the one tat likes to play wif her poop n stains the wall wif her poop. Shes starting to be very naughty..smack her butt today..bad dog! Luckily glazer is performing better..its still the beginning so its very hard to say, besides the cleaning and training which are tiring..its pretty fun when u play and groom the dogs. They'll appreciate the things u do for them and when u see them again, they'll juz whank their tails, happy to see ya =/
